Tiffany Swetich office receptionist Brittney is rude and doesn't listen to customers. Repeated my question serval times because Brittney wasn't understanding the question and she got snippy and mean and was extremely rude and unprofessional the rest of the call. She ended up hanging up without saying anything. Poor service towards a 3rd party lender... She also refused to let me speak with the agent that writ the policy.
