"Bought a house and went through State Farm for insurance. Insured me for 1 month then they canceled the policy 15 days in leaving me to scramble and pick up new insurance because of 2 missing shingles and a tree, that we are going to remove next to my house. Didn’t work with us or give us time to correct the issues. Pretty terrible to do to somebody right when they move into a house. I’d give 0 stars if I could. If you buy an older house in Ely, Nv good luck trying to get them to insure you. Inspection was good enough for a home loan but not good enough to insure."

"I just recently contacted Tiffany Swetich's State Farm office in, Ely, NV, and the customer service was excellent!

My first contact was with, Peyton, and he provided me with all the necessary information that I needed to acquire insurance for my needs. Peyton was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable.

My second contact was with Gene to set up a follow up meeting with Tiffany as a meet and greet, and he was thorough and great to deal with too.

Then to top it off I was contacted by Tiffany, the owner, as a meet and greet, and she was extremely friendly too. Tiffany made me feel like I was her top priority even though my insurance needs at this time were small, due to being out of state. Tiffany was also able to save me more on my insurance during her review of my needs, which is something that isn't typical in todays world.

Great job was done by all. If you need insurance I can definitely recommend this State Farm office, if you want a true customer service friendly experience. Since I have spent 40 years in the Fire Service I know a little about what customer is supposed to be, and Tiffany's office is it.

I just wanted to update my review. I once again contacted Tiffany Swetich's State Farm office, on 11/13/2023 for insurance and time I spoke with Heather Broderson and she was awesome to do with, she was able to help me within five minutes to take care of my insurance needs. All of my experiences with this office have been outstanding!

Well once again on, 2025-05-29, I called Tiffany’s State Farm Office with some insurance questions and her staff were excellent to work with. This time I worked with Evelyn Navarro, who helped me navigate my insurance questions. Evelyn was very patient and thorough during the entire process. I can without any hesitation recommend Tiffany and her entire staff if you have any insurance needs.
